Our vision is to foster a safer digital landscape for small and medium businesses across the globe. To this end, we introduced our comprehensive all-in-one Secure & Insure platform, and continue to grow and expand our team, our partnerships and our revenue.
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated MDR Team Leader to join our growing Security Operations team.
This is a hands-on leadership role — you’ll guide and support a team of MDR Analysts while actively participating in investigations, customer communications, and continuous improvement of our detection and response capabilities.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with people leadership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about helping customers strengthen their security posture.
Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and support a team of MDR Analysts, fostering a culture of learning and operational excellence.
Oversee daily operations of the MDR service, ensuring timely and effective response to alerts and incidents.
Act as an escalation point for complex investigations, providing guidance and hands-on assistance.
Maintain close collaboration with customers — review incidents, share insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
Work closely with product, threat research, and engineering teams to improve detection content, automation, and playbooks.
Monitor team performance and workload, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Contribute to onboarding, training, and continuous development of analysts.
Participate in the on-call rotation when needed, leading by example in incident handling.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in SOC, MDR, or Incident Response environments.
Proven experience investigating and responding to security incidents in EDR/ITDR platforms (e.g., SentinelOne, Defender for Endpoint).
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and identity-related security concepts.
Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience — formal or informal (team lead, shift lead, or senior analyst capacity).
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical findings.
High sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours and support on-call rotations when required.
