Warehouse Manager

Eitan Medical is a fast-growing global medical device company, developing and manufacturing innovative drug delivery and infusion solutions across the continuum of care- from the hospital to the home. We are looking for an excellent Warehouse Manager to join our Warehouse team.

As the Warehouse Manager at Eitan Medical you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations to ensure the timely and accurate distribution of our products while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Your role will involve managing inventory, optimizing processes, and leading a team of warehouse staff to meet operational goals and objectives.

Job Description:

· Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of medical devices.

· Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficient and compliant operations.

· Manage inventory levels and accuracy through regular policies and inventory control measures.

· Coordinate with other departments to ensure good workflow and timely order fulfillment.

· Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.

· Train and supervise warehouse staff, providing coaching and feedback to promote productivity and performance.

Direct Manager: Supply chain director

Requirements:

· Education: Bachelor's degree - in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.

· Job skills:

o At least 5 years as a warehouse clerk a in manufacturing company

o An ability to handle several tasks at the same time

o An ability to Prioritize tasks independently and effective time management

o Experience from Pharma/Medical device – big advantage

o Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management principles, and regulatory compliance requirements.

o Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of warehouse personnel.

· Computer skills:

o Proficiency in Office products – Must

o Experience in SAP - Must

· Language skills: English – Good level

o Highly organized and detail oriented

o Thoroughness, flexibility, and Operational capabilities

o Excellent interpersonal relations
