About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Principal Engineer to join our team. This role requires a professional with extensive technical experience, a strong problem-solving mindset, and excellent collaborative skills.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, capable of tackling complex challenges independently while driving technical direction across teams.

What you'll do:
Code and optimize large-scale systems
Design and implement system architectures
Lead projects from conception to execution
Drive innovation and continuous learning within the engineering team
Proactively identify and resolve technical issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers
What you'll need:
15+ years of experience in software development
Strong system architecture and design skills
Expertise in multiple programming languages and cloud technologies
Ability to tackle complex technical challenges independently
Drive for innovation and continuous learning
Leadership skills in project conception and execution
Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience in cross-functional teamwork
