Optimove is seeking a visionary Director of Finance to lead our global financial operations. This strategic leadership role requires a finance expert who can drive performance, ensure compliance, and collaborate with senior executives to shape business decisions. The ideal candidate will combine a deep understanding of financial systems with the ability to lead a high-performing team, optimize processes, and work closely with the VP and C-suite to align financial strategies with company goals.

This position reports to the VP of Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Financial Operations: Manage the business's financial health and stability and oversee accounting, treasury, billing, collections, tax filings, and payroll for global entities.
Strategic Financial Leadership: Collaborate with the VP and C-level executives to align financial strategies with company goals, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
Team Leadership: Manage and develop a high-performing team of 8 finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, maintain regulatory compliance, and lead tax filing processes across jurisdictions.
Process Optimization: Drive automation and efficiency in financial systems, with hands-on experience in ERP implementations (NetSuite preferred).

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Leadership Experience: 5+ years leading finance teams, ideally in a global SaaS or tech environment.
Global Finance Expertise: Strong knowledge of US GAAP, international tax, transfer pricing, and regulatory compliance.
ERP & Automation Expertise: Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and process improvement initiatives.
Strategic & Analytical: Ability to think strategically while analyzing complex financial data and providing insights for senior leaders.
Collaboration with Executives: Proven ability to work closely with VP and C-suite executives, influencing decisions with clear communication and financial acumen.
Qualifications: CPA (Big 4 experience(, MBA a plus.
