Product Manager

The startup is looking for a talented and motivated Product Manager to lead the development and management of our innovative property technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology and a passion for real estate, driving products from conception through to launch and beyond.

Responsibilities:
- Define the product vision and create a compelling roadmap to deliver exceptional real estate solutions.
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to maximize user satisfaction and business value.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to bring products to market efficiently.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product positioning and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Develop user stories and product specifications that clearly communicate product features and functionalities.
- Manage the product lifecycle from planning to implementation, and measure performance post-launch.
- Engage with users and stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product improvements.
- Lead and manage product release cycles, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally within PropTech, AI, Data or a related technology sector.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and emerging technology trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
- Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
