Role Overview

We are looking for an Information Systems Specialist to join our R&D team and take ownership of our internal systems and CRM platforms. As part of a collaborative team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing business applications, building automation processes, and ensuring seamless operations across departments.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

Administer, configure, and optimize Salesforce and other business applications as part of the Information Systems team.
Develop, maintain, and enhance automation workflows to improve operational efficiency.
Design, build, and manage reports and dashboards to provide business stakeholders with actionable insights.
Collaborate with team members to manage integrations between Salesforce, WordPress, Linux servers, and other internal systems.
Support system users by troubleshooting technical issues and delivering training/documentation.
Maintain system security, user access, and data integrity across platforms.
Contribute to ongoing improvements in cloud infrastructure and IT operations.
Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.
Stay current with Salesforce releases, IT best practices, and new technologies to enhance system capabilities.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in IT, Information Systems, or Business Applications, with
hands-on experience in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
Proven track record in building and managing automation workflows (Flows, Process Builder, or similar).
Experience with WordPress and PHP — strong advantage.
Familiarity with Linux servers and cloud infrastructure.
Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
