סקירה כללית:

כמהנדס/ת IP תהיו אחראים על מדידה, ניתוח ואופטימיזציה של תהליכי ייצור ומתודולוגיות Lean. התפקיד כולל עבודה צמודה עם מחלקות הייצור, ההנדסה וגורמים נוספים, במטרה לשפר ביצועים, לצמצם עלויות ולתמוך בהטמעת תהליכים ופרויקטים חדשים.

אנחנו מגייסים מהנדס/ת שיפור ביצועים (IP) למפעל ההרכבות

הצטרפו אלינו לתפקיד מרכזי בהובלת ביצועים, התייעלות ושיפור מתמיד בתהליכי הייצור.

תמיכה בניהול וחישוב KPI’s מפעליים ברמה שבועית
הובלת פעילויות Lean, כולל הדרכות והטמעת כלים חדשים במחלקות הייצור
תמיכה בפרויקטי התייעלות וחיסכון
תמיכה בהטמעת פרויקטים חדשים במחלקות הייצור
ביצוע מדידות ותיקוף תקנים לאורך השנה
יישום שגרות עבודה בהתאם לסטנדרטים מפעליים/אתריים
אחריות על מערכת MES, כולל ליווי משתמשים, ניתוח נתונים והצגת מגמות
אפיון אמצעים תומכי ייצור (עמדות עבודה, עגלות שינוע וכדומה) והכנת סקיצות לביצוע
ביצוע ניתוחים חודשיים של ביצועים ויעילות
זיהוי צווארי בקבוק ומתן פתרונות בקווי הייצור
אחריות:
תואר ראשון או הנדסאי/ת בתעשייה וניהול או תחום רלוונטי – חובה
היכרות עם מתודולוגיית Lean – יתרון
ידע במתודולוגיות חקר עבודה – יתרון
יכולות אנליטיות גבוהות לצורך הפקת דוחות וניתוח נתוני ייצור
אנגלית – קריאה ברמה גבוהה
שליטה גבוהה באקסל ובמערכות ממוחשבות – חובה
Overview (English):

As an IP Engineer, you will be responsible for measuring, analyzing, and optimizing production and Lean processes. You will work closely with Production, Engineering, and other stakeholders to improve performance, reduce costs, and support the implementation of new initiatives.

Responsibilities (English):

We are looking for an Industrial Performance (IP) Engineer to support control, measurement, and optimization of production and Lean processes in the Assembly Plant.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the management and weekly calculation of plant KPIs
Lead Lean activities, including training and implementation of new tools across production departments
Support efficiency and cost-reduction projects
Assist in the implementation of new projects within production
Perform measurements and validate standards throughout the year
Implement routines in line with plant/site standards
Own and manage the MES system, including user support, data analysis, and trend reporting
Define and characterize production support tools (workstations, carts, etc.) and prepare sketches for execution
Conduct monthly performance and efficiency analysis
Identify bottlenecks and provide solutions for production lines
Qualifications (English):

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or Practical Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related field – mandatory
Familiarity with Lean methodology – advantage
Knowledge of work-study methodologies – advantage
Strong analytical skills for reporting and production analysis
English – high-level reading proficiency
High proficiency in computerized systems, especially Excel – mandatory
