NICE solutions are used by over 25,000 organizations in more than 150 countries, including over 80 of the Fortune 100 companies. www.nice.comNICE is looking for highly motivated Junior .NET Software Engineer to join CXone, our fully integrated open Cloud customer experience platform.If you are looking to be part of a dynamic team working on exciting and industry leader product, this is the job you’ve been looking for!What you’ll be doing:Design and implement robust, large scale, distributed solutions as part of an enterprise level systemWork collaboratively with professional developers, system architects and product managers to deliver high quality technical solutions that satisfy business requirements and meet corporate architectural standardsImplement test driven development by using automatic testing infrastructure and provide full automatic test coverageParticipating in reviewing design and code for other team membersAdhere to Agile development principles, while following and improving all aspects of the scrum processSupporting customers and the support groups by analyzing and solving product issuesWhat you’ll need:A bachelor's degree in computer programming, computer science or equivalent from a leading institutionBasic programming experience (preferably in .NET)Working knowledge of agile development methodologies (Scrum)Strong object-oriented design and coding skillsExtensive knowledge of OOP principles, design patterns and best practicesExcellent software design capabilities, debugging skills, and problem-solving abilitiesKnowledge of multi–threading environmentsGreat testing skills, experience with Unit Testing frameworksAbility to work in a fast paced, experience working in Agile environmentGreat team player with excellent interpersonal skillsGlobal mindset & great communication skills in EnglishFast learnerWould be very NICE if you have:Experience developing for Amazon Web ServicesExperience with JAVAExperience with C++Experience with writing UT and integration tests in SpecFlowWould be very NICE to see:If you have any of the below, we highly recommend adding them to your CV.
