As an Assistant Controller you will oversee a company's financial records, manage the day to day operational activity, work with bookkeeping teams, optimizing financial processes and controls, support statutory audit for several entities and other ad hoc projects required in the finance team.

The position is located in Tel-Aviv

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a university or a leading college- a must
Licensed CPA - a must
Work level proficiency in English and Hebrew (both verbal and written)- a must
1-2 years experience as an Assistant Controller (or similar role) from a company
Excellent Excel skills
Detail-oriented with superior analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and service orientation

Responsibilities:

Support many aspects of accounting management (review of journal entries, invoices, payments, monthly closure, billing, etc.).
Oversee the daily financial operations of the company
Work closely with outside bookkeepers (Israeli and foreign) and payroll controllers on day-to-day financial operations, including payroll, AP, and AR processes.
Work with the company's external auditors on annual audits
support Ad-hoc financial projects
