Head of Product

Sightfull is an innovative analytics startup. We’re building a platform where Business and Data teams partner to create powerful analytics engines, from advanced Semantic and Metric layers to an intuitive GenAI Analytics app.

We’re seeking an exceptional Head of Product to lead our Product team. You will be part of an ambitious and dynamic team that deeply cares about any feature it’s working on, and takes pride in creating a highly impactful product that solves real problems for a diverse group of users. This role combines hands-on work with overseeing other PMs, reporting directly to our VP of Product & Data.

‍What will you be doing?

Roadmap: Own the product roadmap, aggregating inputs from our strategy and vision, existing users, potential users, and the competitive landscape.
Users: Draw on data, sessions, interviews, and ongoing relationships to build a deep understanding of the users and their persona, and represent that to the organization.
Execution: Lead roadmap execution in partnership with the Design and R&D teams. Employ gradual rollout plans, iterative feature delivery, and user feedback loops to ensure successful delivery of product capabilities.
Team: Lead and continue to build a scalable product organization, developing and improving product processes and cadences. Manage and develop the PM team to foster excellence.
Partner: Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales, Solution and CS teams to ensure continuous experience and effective communication throughout the user journey.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Product Management with a track record of excellence.
Strong advantage: 2+ years of experience leading a product team.
Experience with SaaS B2B products. If you worked on PLG products, even better.
Preferred: Experience in the field of data analytics or BI products.
Preferred: Demonstrated technical background as a software/data engineer.
