We are seeking an experienced and innovative Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic project-driven organization. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing custom Salesforce solutions that drive business efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions to meet specific business requirements
Create and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, workflows, and process builder flows
Develop complex integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems
Configure custom objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts
Implement and optimize reports and dashboards
Perform thorough testing and debugging of Salesforce customizations
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Ensure data integrity and system performance
Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer
REQUIREMENTS

What We're Looking For:

2-4 year of experience in developing Salesforce applications.
Proficiency with Lightning Web Components, Apex and Visualforce.
Skilled in building custom UIs based on Figma designs.
Focus on delivering high-quality performance and exceptional user experiences.
Collaborate on multiple projects with clients and fellow developers.
