Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Retention Team Leader to join our team at our Regulated Forex

Company. As the Retention Team Leader, you will lead a team of retention specialists in

implementing strategies to retain existing clients and ensure their continued satisfaction with

our Forex trading services.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of retention specialists, providing guidance, support, andcoaching to achieve retention targets.

Develop and implement retention strategies and initiatives to reduce churn and increaseclient loyalty.

Monitor team performance and individual KPIs, providing regular feedback andimplementing corrective actions as needed.

Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, objectives, and performanceexpectations.

Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and customer support,to optimize the client experience and drive retention efforts.

Analyze retention metrics and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, andareas for improvement.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and high-value accounts. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform

retention strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a retention management or team leadership role within the Forexor nancial services industry.

Strong understanding of Forex trading and nancial markets. Excellent leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful retention strategies.
