We are looking for an OCIO who will be a strategic operator and hands-on leader helping to scale the technology organization. This role is responsible for program tracking, operational cadence, and translating technology strategy into action across the bank. You’ll lead the PMO, manage tech budgeting and KPIs, oversee change initiatives (including engineering excellence, AI adoption and more), and serve as a key interface for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in technology operations, strategy, PMO, or Chief of Staff roles
Proven ability to manage complex programs and influence cross-functional stakeholders
Strong understanding of agile practices, digital transformation, and enterprise tech environments.
Experience in fintech, digital banking, or regulated tech companies (preferred).
Budget ownership or finance partnership experience with tech leaders.
High EQ, structured thinking, and ability to act as a trusted partner to senior leadership
Strong written and verbal communication; able to build clear executive materials
Experience managing small teams and scaling operational functions

Your Day-to-Day:

Lead cross-functional programs and projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with business and tech priorities
Build and run the Technology PMO: define processes, enforce delivery standards, and track execution
Own annual budget planning and day-to-day expense management for the tech org
Lead KPI planning, reporting, and progress reviews across the technology functions
Drive change management and internal adoption of methodologies like Agile, DevOps, and AI tooling
Represent the CTO in operational forums, leadership syncs, and steering committees
Manage critical vendor relationships, regulatory communications, and partner alignment
Prepare strategic updates, dashboards, and board-level materials
Directly manage and mentor a small team (2–3 FTEs) supporting GRC, PMO, operations, and analytics
Establish and refine the operating rhythm for the Office of the CTO (staff meetings, cadences, reviews)
