Team Lead

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive *Team Leader* to oversee departmental processes and ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across administrative workflows. This role is responsible for leading a remote team, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving continuous process improvements.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Lead, manage, and support team members to consistently meet quality and operational standards
* Conduct regular audits of documents, communications, and workflows to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Develop, implement, and continuously improve QA processes and systems
* Identify process inefficiencies and implement effective, scalable solutions
* Monitor deadlines and ensure timely and consistent delivery of outputs
* Track and report quality metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations
* Foster accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement within the team

*Qualifications*

* Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead role within operations or QA
* Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
* Experience working in a remote or fast-paced environment is an advantage
