Information Systems Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Information Systems Manager with a strong emphasis on Salesforce management and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, and also good familiarity with ITSM tools, Financial systems, business analysis, and architecture design. This role involves leading a small team, planning and leading projects of all sizes and collaborating with business leaders to develop effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize Salesforce and many other related technologies

Lead a team of in-house professionals along with managing vendors, providing guidance on requirements, scope, and high-level design.

Oversee the development life cycle, ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects.

Regularly meet with business leaders up to C-level to understand challenges and plan solutions.

Adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a fast-paced environment.

Help plan and lead the AI roadmap in the Information System department landscape

Requirements:

If you want to join our journey, you’ll need:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

6+ years of proven hands-on experience with Salesforce, including:

Salesforce Administration and Configuration, both in Sales and Service Clouds
Salesforce Development (Flows and Apex required, Visualforce & Lightning Components an advantage)
Implemented Einstein Chatbot
Salesforce Integrations (APIs, REST/SOAP, Middleware tools like Workato)
Salesforce Data Management (Data Loader, SOQL, SOSL)
Experience with related tools like OwnBackup, HubSpot and Spekit,

Good familiarity with CPQ tools like DealHub

Background in business analysis and architecture design.

Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor a small team.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite and ZoneBilling (preferred but not mandatory).

Knowledge of BI tools (preferred but not mandatory).
