What Are We Looking For?

If you're a student with at least one year left in your studies and seeking a part-time position (minimum 50% commitment), this opportunity is perfect for you! We’re searching for a Talent Acquisition associate to join our growing global team of SuperHyros. We are looking for a team player with a dynamic personality, exceptional interpersonal skills and fluency in English that can work with multi-cultural departments spanning Tel Aviv, New York, and beyond. Reporting to the VP of HR, you'll play a vital role in Hyro’s recruiting efforts.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end hiring processes, ensuring top-tier candidate experiences.
Collaborate on developing effective hiring processes adopted company-wide.
Contribute our recruiting and talent acquisition activities including defining and implementing strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across the company (global) with a focus on building a diverse and inclusive team
Think and act with a data-driven approach to identify bottlenecks and constantly improve our recruitment processes
Working closely with Hyro’s business leadership
Take part in designing Hyro's future culture, employer branding and values

Requirements

Student with at least 1 year remaining in studies (part-time position, minimum 50% commitment). BA in Psychology, Sociology, Management, or any relevant field - advantage.
Professional Level in English and Hebrew.
Prior experience in recruiting is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-growing startup environment.
Excellent verbal & oral communication and collaboration skills.
Strong decision-making skills and a positive attitude.
Familiarity with HR tools and systems is advantageous.
