Gini Apps is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outsourcing Unit Manager to oversee our outsourcing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing outsourcing projects and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
Managing the company's outsourcing strategy, including defining goals, identifying suitable clients, and managing relationships with them.
Manage the outsourcing unit budget and monitor expenses.
Manage customer relationships, understand their needs, and develop customized solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with external clients and partners
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Oversee the recruitment, selection, and training of outsourced employees.
Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of outsourcing projects\employees
Requirements:
At least 3 years of proven experience in managing teams and leading a P&L unit.
Previous experience working with outsourcing clients.
Team management and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent command of Hebrew and English.
