Senior Post Silicon Validation Engineer

NeuReality is seeking a skilled Post-Silicon Firmware Engineer to lead system validation efforts for NeuReality's AI-centric server. In this role, you will help define test environments, develop validation procedures, and implement testing strategies to ensure the server meets both functional and performance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement system validation processes.
Perform hands-on testing to ensure the functionality and performance of AI-centric servers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system-level issues.

Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

A strong academic background in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
5+ years of experience in validating or developing complex SoC/silicon products, particularly in Networking, Server, or Storage applications.
A professional, results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Required Experience:

Extensive hands-on experience with high-speed protocols such as Ethernet, PCIe, and LPDDR.
Experience in silicon/system bring-up, validation, and debugging, including integration with customer systems.
Proficiency in writing firmware for testing purposes using C.

Preferred Experience:

Familiarity with tools such as Lauterbach T32, LeCroy PCIe analyzers, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.
Understanding of ARM architecture and boot sequences.
