Tufin seeks a skilled R&D Project Manager passionate about driving impactful projects! The ideal candidate has experience in R&D processes, Agile methodologies, and tools like Jira. You'll lead planning, coordination, and execution to deliver innovative solutions aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and oversee R&D and product projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs in collaboration with stakeholders.
Facilitate cross-functional team coordination, ensuring alignment across R&D, engineering, QA, and other departments.
Manage resources effectively, including personnel and equipment, to meet project objectives.
Identify, track, and mitigate risks to ensure project continuity and on-time delivery.
Monitor and report on project milestones, deliverables, and performance using Jira
Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, technical specifications, and progress updates.
Foster clear communication with stakeholders, serving as the primary contact for updates and inquiries.
Continuously improve R&D processes to boost team productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in R&D project management.
Strong knowledge of R&D and software development lifecycle processes.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience working in a technology-driven organization.
Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) or PMP.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD workflows.
