A Day in the Life
As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, offering a welcoming and professional environment. You will play an essential role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication within the office. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are important for this position.
This position requires presence at the office of 5 days a week from 08:00 to 17:00.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a seamless experience while liaising with internal teams to coordinate timely interactions and office entrance safety.
Handle incoming calls with professionalism, accurately taking messages, and overseeing the sorting and efficient distribution of mail to relevant departments.
Provide high-level administrative support, as well as expertly managing executive schedules to optimize workflow and productivity.
Oversee key office operations, including file management, and coordinate high-level meetings, conferences, and events to ensure smooth execution.
Drive content creation and digital engagement on the company’s social media platforms, contributing to the company’s online presence and brand positioning.
Manage comprehensive travel logistics, including itinerary planning, and ensure the timely submission of accurate expense reports.
Provide executive assistance to the Country Director office, supporting day-to-day administrative operations and complex scheduling.
Actively participate in the crisis management team, helping to develop and execute responses to critical situations, ensuring organizational safety.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Academic degree
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with advanced skills, reporting, and presentation design.
Extensive experience in managing and creating content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter), with a focus on audience engagement and brand visibility.
High level in English, mother tongue Hebrew
Great communication skill, service oriented
