What will you be doing?

Collaborating closely with the Smart Portfolio team under the guidance of the Investment Portfolios Team Leader.
Monitoring existing Smart Portfolios, including managing events such as rebalancing, corporate actions, and investing idle cash.
Analyzing current portfolios and providing recommendations for enhancements or changes based on market developments.
Assisting in the research, design, and implementation of new Smart Portfolios, aligned with emerging investment trends.
Engaging with large clients holding Smart Portfolios to ensure long-term retention, while explaining our methodology, performance, and the impact from capital markets.

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in the financial services or FinTech industry.
Previous experience at an ETF or index provider is a strong advantage.
Possesses a solid understanding of capital markets, with hands-on experience in managing portfolios or indices – a must.
Is a proactive, hands-on individual who can ensure timely and efficient project delivery within scope and budget.
Brings technical proficiency, including familiarity with tools like Google Sheets and SQL.
Has very good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Is highly organized, with strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, and interpersonal abilities.
Maintains a “can-do” attitude, is performance-driven, and results-oriented.
Demonstrates strong communication and prioritization skills, especially under pressure.
Can work independently as well as collaboratively on both strategic projects and daily operations.
Pays great attention to detail and accuracy.
