We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive PMO to support the Statistical Computing Environment (SCE) project within our Pharma and Medical Device division.

Responsibilities:

Support the day-to-day operations of the SCE project, including scheduling, tracking deliverables, and maintaining project documentation.
Monitor project timelines, risks, and dependencies, and escalate issues as needed.
Coordinate with relevant parties to facilitate onboarding, interviews, and approvals.
Maintain communication logs and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
Assist with gathering, documenting, and validating business and technical requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on scope and expectations.
Ensure all project documentation is up to date and stored in compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
Track approvals and maintain records of contracts, change requests, and meeting notes.
Organize and document project meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
Support preparation of presentations and status reports for leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in a PMO or project coordination role, preferably in a regulated or pharmaceutical environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Familiarity with project management workflows and systems.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, SharePoint).
