How will you make an impact with us?

As a Head of Product you will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and player needs. You will also act as the main point of contact for the dev team and collaborate with dedicated development teams as needed. Your key responsibilities include:

Product Vision & Strategy – Define and align the product vision, strategy, and roadmap with business goals to establish the company as a leader in the industry.

Team Leadership & Development – Build and manage a high-performing external development team to drive results of materializing the roadmap in the best quality and timely manner.

Product & Feature Planning – Lead the strategic planning and management of Huuuge sweepstakes Casino products, ensuring a competitive edge in the market.

Collaboration with Development Teams – Serve as the primary liaison for the development team, ensuring seamless integration between business objectives and technical execution.

KPI Monitoring & Performance Optimization – Define, monitor, and analyze product performance metrics to ensure business objectives are met and drive continuous improvements.

Innovation & Business Strategy – Present innovative product concepts and business strategies to key stakeholders, including investors and executives.

Cross-Functional Coordination – Work closely with Marketing, Live Ops, Game Design, and Monetization teams to create cohesive and engaging player experiences.

Industry & Market Research – Stay up to date with gaming trends, competitor analysis, and technological advancements to drive innovation.

Job requirements

This is the right job for you if you have:

5+ years of experience in Product Management within the social casino or iGaming industry, mobile apps or e-commerce

5+ years of leadership experience managing teams in an international, multi-site environment.

Strong expertise in defining and executing product strategies, roadmaps, and development cycles.

Strong and proven abilities to bring ideas to fruition as well as ability to break down ideas into full scale and complete product documentation. Ability to do some hands on work is part of it

Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with experience working closely with development teams.

Deep understanding of business and technology, with the ability to translate business objectives into product features.

Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.

Excellent English communication skills (C1 level) to engage effectively with executives, development teams, and cross-functional partners.

Proven leadership and motivational skills, capable of managing both in-house and virtual teams.
