Information Systems Administrator

We, Reinhold Cohn Group, one of Israel’s leading groups specializing in Intellectual Property, are looking for an Information Systems Administrator to join our Information Systems team. The position is full time located in Ramat Hahayal Tel Aviv.
This is an administrative and systems-oriented role, involving day-to-day work with internal information systems, collaboration with various departments and organizational stakeholders, Excel reporting, and updating information systems while exercising accuracy, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform ongoing work with internal information systems.
Update and maintain data in the organization’s systems according to business needs.
Prepare Excel reports and perform data checks and controls.
Work closely with various departments and stakeholders across the organization.
Understand organizational processes and perform tasks with a broad, end-to-end perspective.
Identify discrepancies and exceptions and perform ongoing data quality and accuracy checks.

Requirements:

Previous administrative experience involving work with information systems – required.
High-level English – speaking, reading, and writing.
Strong systems orientation and ability to learn new systems and processes.
Motivation and willingness to learn the organization’s business area and professional processes.
Ability to understand organizational processes from end to end and maintain a broad perspective.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
High service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and excellent self-review and quality-control skills.
