The 365 Application specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Office 365 and SharePoint solutions that meet the business needs of our organization. We are looking for someone with a strong background in SharePoint development, Office 365 applications and a passion for leveraging these tools to drive business improvements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 2 years of proven experience as a SharePoint Developer and/or Office 365 Developer
Strong proficiency in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), SharePoint Designer.
Experience with Office 365 applications, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Teams.
Proficiency in client-side scripting languages, such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Knowledge of SharePoint administration and governance best practices.
Fluent English, written and verbal, is required.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain custom SharePoint solutions, including web parts and workflows.
Configure and manage SharePoint Online sites and document libraries.
Develop and maintain Office 365 applications, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Teams integrations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint and Office 365 issues.
Implement and manage SharePoint security, permissions, and governance policies.
Stay up to date with the latest developments in Office 365 and SharePoint technologies and best practices.
Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users on SharePoint and Office 365 functionalities.
