Solitics, a cutting-edge data management, and automation platform is looking for a controller to join our amazing organization.

We seek a highly qualified and motivated junior Controller to join Solitics' Finance team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and the organization's overall financial health.

What You'll Do:

Take a significant role in the monthly closing process.
Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage cash flow and liquidity while maintaining relationships with financial institutions.
Coordinate external audits and prepare the necessary documentation.
Played a key role in applying a new ERP system, ensuring seamless financial data management and reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
CPA from a Big 4 firm- a must.
Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of analytical and professional skills.
Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
