Remedio is a fast-growing cybersecurity startup redefining Device Posture Management. We help global enterprises ensure their devices are secure, compliant, and perfectly configured using AI-driven automation.

As we scale, we are looking for a creative, high-energy, and versatile Graphic Designer to be the creative engine of our Marketing team. You will be our first dedicated brand designer, responsible for shaping our visual language and telling the Remedio story across all channels.

The Role

This is a "Solo Designer" role, which means you will have full ownership of Remedio’s visual identity. You will work closely with the Marketing team to create everything from high-stakes sales decks and social media assets to website graphics and event branding.

We are looking for someone who can think strategically about brand but isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and execute pixel-perfect designs under tight deadlines.

Requirements:

Experience: 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a B2B tech/startup environment.
Portfolio: A diverse portfolio showcasing strong typography, layout skills, and a modern aesthetic.
Software: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Proficiency in Figma is a major plus.
Generative AI Skills: Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E 3, Adobe Firefly) to create unique brand assets, accelerate creative brainstorming, and optimize visual content production.
Multi-disciplinary: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously—from a LinkedIn banner to a 40-page report.
Visual Storyteller: You know how to take complex technical ideas and turn them into compelling, easy-to-understand visuals.
Self-Starter: As a solo designer, you must be highly organized, independent, and able to manage your own pipeline.
Communication: Strong English (written and verbal) is essential for working in a global market.

Nice to have

Experience in the Cybersecurity or SaaS industry.
Basic motion design/animation skills (After Effects / Premiere).
Experience with website builders (Webflow/Elementor).

Responsibilities:

Brand Ownership: Evolve and maintain Remedio’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint.
Marketing Campaigns: Design high-performing assets for social media (LinkedIn, Twitter), email marketing, and paid ads.
Content Support: Create visual content for whitepapers, e-books, infographics, and blog posts that simplify complex cyber concepts.
Sales & Enablement: Build stunning, professional presentations (pitch decks) for our sales and executive teams.
Web Design: Work on landing pages and website updates to optimize conversion and user engagement.
Events & Print: Design branding for global conferences, including booth designs, swags, and print materials.
Video & Motion (Plus): Create basic motion graphics or video edits to bring our brand to life on digital platforms.
