Position Overview:

We're seeking a talented Senior Unity Developer to join our growing team and help shape the future of Moonsters. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of developing exciting features, optimizing performance, and mentoring other developers while working in a creative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and maintenance of game features for Moonsters
Drive technical excellence through code reviews and best practices
Collaborate closely with our art, design, and development teams
Optimize game performance across various mobile devices
Participate in technical design discussions and architecture planning

Requirements:

Strong proficiency in C# programming and Unity Engine
Expert knowledge of Unity's core systems (Physics, Animation, UI, Rendering)
Extensive experience with Unity's Universal Render Pipeline (URP)
Strong understanding of memory management and optimization
Proficiency with Unity Profiler and performance optimization tools
Expert knowledge of mobile platform-specific requirements (iOS/Android)
Experience with Addressables
Experience with Git
Ability to optimize games for various device capabilities

Experience & Professional Requirements:

5+ years of professional Unity game development experience with a track record of shipping at least one commercial mobile game
Outstanding problem-solving and analytical abilities with proven experience leading technical projects
Excellent team collaboration skills with experience in code reviews and technical documentation
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative development environment
Strong mentorship capabilities and experience guiding junior developers

Nice to Have:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
Experience with Unity's Job System and ECS architecture
Knowledge of shader programming for mobile optimization
