Product Manager

Requirements:

1-4 years of experience in product management, preferably in the gaming industry.
Strong passion for games and the gaming industry, and a strong understanding of gaming trends and player behavior.
Project management skills - organized, self-sufficient & self-motivated, goal-oriented.
Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Think outside the box to develop innovative solutions.
Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Responsibilities:

Own mobile product features from end to end.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Designers, BI/BA, etc.) to define and execute the product vision and strategy, and guarantee smooth, efficient implementation.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Collect and analyze requirements, write clear and detailed PRDs, UI/XU & flow, wireframes, define A/B test and user stories, prioritize the backlog, and handle development.
Lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative features.
Focus on delivering a top-notch user experience, gathering feedback, and iterating on improvements.
Monitor product performance, analyze data, and drive continuous improvements.
