What are we looking for?

Your work will directly elevate the way our teams build and test software. You’ll focus on crafting the internal frameworks, testing infrastructure, shared libraries, and building systems that power our development workflows - while driving architectural patterns that make our microservices and data platforms scalable, reliable, and consistent.

What will you do?

Contribute production-grade platform code and review pull requests - hands-on development is central in your role.
Design, maintain, and evolve internal frameworks, testing infrastructure, shared libraries, and developer tools that improve speed, quality and consistency across teams.
Define best practices around code quality, development workflows and system design to promote engineering excellence.
Work closely with developers across teams, understanding their pain points and needs - they’re your primary customers.
Take full ownership of infrastructure related work - whether it’s setting up build systems of abstract complex tools, you’ll dive deep to understand how things work before building on top of them.

Requirements:

What should you have?

6 + years as a software engineer.
Background with building - internal frameworks, testing infrastructure, shared libraries, and developer tools.
Experience tackling scalability challenges and developing enterprise-grade solutions.
Hands-on work with a major cloud platform - AWS preferred - and a solid grasp of distributed-system principles.
Advantage - Experience with Python / Java.
Advantage - Deep expertise in Kubernetes, GitOps, Infrastructure-as-Code, and complex CI/CD workflows.
