Integrator & Junior Project Manager

Were looking for an Integrator & Junior Project Manager to join our team and help connect the dots between our business goals and R&D efforts. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of project coordination, and technical understanding.
Youll be the key liaison between our business units and development teamstranslating needs, aligning priorities, and ensuring seamless execution. Beyond integration, youll also take on core product and project management tasks to help drive initiatives forward.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:
Serve as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and R&D
Translate business needs into clear requirements and technical briefs
Work closely with R&D to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and delivery expectations
Coordinate cross-functional meetings, updates, and ongoing communication
Assist in planning and prioritizing roadmaps and project timelines
Track and report on progress, risks, and blockers across multiple initiatives
Support product documentation, feature tracking, and internal process improvements
Solve complex tech problems and support the business departments
Build new dashboards for internal and external users using tools like Google Data Studio, Redash, Tableau and others.

Requirements

B.Sc in Industrial Engineering and Management/ Information Systems/ Computer Science or equivalent [must]
Fluent in English and Hebrew (spoken and written) [must]
2+ years of experience in project management, technical support or similar [must]
Experience in a product, project, or technical coordination role
Knowledge/experience in Python and SQL
A can-do attitude, willingness to tackle problems or new tasks and go the extra mile
Ability to work within a team or individually
Good mathematics, problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to drive tasks to completion in a cross-discipline environment
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivery and follow-through
Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Trello [advantage]
Previous experience in an adtech, media, or SaaS company [advantage]
