Your Impact
Your role is pivotal in creating a positive and professional environment for colleagues, clients, and visitors. You will work closely with the local office team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service.
In this role, you will perform a variety of administrative and office support activities, including answering and directing calls, greeting visitors, and managing the reception area. You will handle colleague inquiries, prioritize tasks, and operate a ticket tool for tracking requests and issues. Additionally, you will coordinate reservations, prepare conference rooms, plan office events, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the smooth operation of office services.
Your on-site presence is essential for managing visitor interactions effectively, supervising the reception area, and ensuring that all office services run smoothly. This allows you to respond quickly to any issues, provide immediate support to colleagues and clients, and foster strong professional relationships.

Your qualifications and skills
Higher education or relevant experience of 2+ years in reception or administrative roles, preferably in a professional services, multi-national, and/or hospitality environment
Proficiency and effective communication skills (written and verbal) in Hebrew and English
Proven ability to manage relationships with colleagues and visitors, maintaining a highly professional demeanor both in person and on the phone
Attention to detail with a customer-service mindset and a commitment to creating a welcoming office atmosphere
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to work under pressure and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think proactively, addressing visitor, colleague, and/or vendor needs efficiently
Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with flexibility and adaptability to work with various office functions
Familiarity with computer systems and office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, Outlook)
Experience with event planning is a plus, with flexibility to occasionally work overtime, particularly for events
Ability to work on-site every day, ensuring a hands-on approach
Ability to handle transportation of materials or objects, when required
