*1.1.1.2. Hardware Support*
1. Rack, stack, connect, and decommission network and server equipment.
2. Support Ethernet switching hardware including chassis, supervisors, line L4 cards, power supplies, and transceivers (e.g., SX, LX, SR, LR).
3. Assist with basic configuration support under direction of remote engineering teams.
4. Support Wi-Fi infrastructure including wireless controllers and access points.
*1.1.1.3. Cabling Services*
1. Copper cabling (Cat5, Cat5e, Cat6, Cat7) and RJ45 terminations.
2. Fiber cabling (single-mode and multimode) using ST, SC, and LC connectors.
3. Installation of cable pathways and conveyance systems (ladder racks, cable trays, and supports).
4. Cable management, labeling, documentation, and removal of obsolete cabling.
5. Installation and support of Top-of-Rack (TOR) switches and related pathway systems.
6. Perform cable testing and troubleshooting using industry-standard tools, including:
a) Copper testing (wire map, link testing).
b) Fiber testing (OTDR, VFL, tone generators).
c) Wireless testing tools (e.g., Fluke AirCheck or equivalent).
7. Diagnose faults, perform repairs or replacements, and validate service restoration.
Ensuring the reliable operation, lifecycle management, and physical support of server, storage, and data center infrastructure. Services will be delivered to 24x7 data centers, manufacturing facility environments and will support enterprise servers across HPE, Supermicro, Dell Infrastructure Windows, Linux, and storage platforms like 3PAR, NetApp, and Object Scale storage.

8. Brocade Fabric Management- maintain switch policies and fabric parameters
9. Coordinate with 3rd party vendors and provide escort
*1.2.1.2. Hardware Break Fix Support*
1. Provide standard production (PRD) operating system–related physical support and hardware break/fix services within an IT data center environment.
2. Diagnose hardware faults and coordinate repairs or replacements within the defined service scope.
3. Monitor ticket queue for new tickets and assign as appropriate.
4. Data Center Maintenance
d) Proactive walkthrough for failed hardware

f) Proper disposal of hardware and media following Intel guidelines

6. Remote management console knowledge: iLO, BCM/IPMI, DRAC
7. Vendor warranty support and RMA
*1.2.1.4. Server Landings (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes)*
1. Validate server(s) landing requirements
2. Contact customer as required for related information
3. Physical land of hardware in correct location
4. Build to proper configuration according to customer requirements and cut sheet
5. Capacity Planning
6. Power/Cooling/Space
7. Request tasks from required groups for additional services
8. Monitor tasks for completion or problems and escalate to appropriate parties to resolve
9. Update Asset Tracking System with server name, location, owner, and hardware status
*1.2.1.5. Server Decommissions*
1. Validate server is under our service responsibility per Intel standard operating procedure.
2. Inform customers of decom
3. Request decom tasks from required groups to remove server(s) from their services for monitoring.
4. Validate that dependent services have been halted per Intel standard operating procedures.
5. Power off and remove server(s)
6. Dispose of hardware as requested by owner per Intel e-waste policy and harvest parts as instructed following Intel standard operating procedures.

1. Respond to incidents and escalations calls via Client’s ServiceNow, Teams chats and email.
2. Manage and resolve ServiceNow incidents and requests.
3. Provide communication and follow-up until issue resolution.
4. Address escalations from site leads, supervisors, or customers.
*1.2.1.6.2. Miscellaneous Services*
1. Conduct job walks to gather requirements and complete pre-task planning and safety checklists.
2. Perform peer quality audits to ensure compliance with standards and best practices.

10. Transport equipment from loading docks to staging areas or racks.
11. Install or retrofit server racks, rails, and shelving as required.
12. Maintain spare parts inventory and assist with material control following Intel standard operating procedures.
13. Support equipment, shipping and receiving activities as needed.
14. Assist with basic configuration support under direction of remote engineering teams.
15. Receive, validate, and document hardware shipments.
16. Notify Infosys and Intel of any issues related to equipment orders
17. Verify purchase order accuracy against received equipment.
*1.2.1.6.3. General Abilities*
1. Working in data centers, network rooms, and hot aisle environments for limited durations.
2. Using ladders for top-of-rack installations.
3. Lifting up to 35 lbs independently.
4. Standing, walking, sitting, kneeling, crawling, or working in confined spaces for extended periods.
5. Traveling between buildings using personal transportation or on foot as required.
6. Working independently or collaboratively in small teams.
