Upsales Representative

A well-established immigration services company in Givatayim is seeking a highly motivated Upsales Representative to engage with existing clients. The role focuses on identifying opportunities for additional services and bonuses related to visa applications. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional with strong communication and analytical skills to contribute to a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities for upselling additional services and bonuses.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs, goals, and preferences.
- Present tailored offers that align with customer objectives and recent activity.
- Track and analyze account activity, including service usage and customer engagement, to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create detailed reports on account activity and provide insights to improve upselling strategies.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client inquiries effectively.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Customer Support.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High emotional intelligence and strong empathy skills for understanding and addressing client needs.
- Proven ability to analyze customer goals, usage patterns, and account setups to develop custom offers.
- An analytical, goal-oriented mindset with basic-to-advanced project management knowledge.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a proactive approach to relationship management.
- Availability to work flexible hours: 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 3:30 PM - 10:00 PM.

Compensation: Hourly base pay with attractive commission-based earnings.
