Job Summary

The “Payroll Specialist” will Coordinate various compensation-related activities to ensure that the organization’s payroll is processed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities:

Prepares, documents, and disburses payroll checks, payroll taxes and employee benefit payments.
Evaluates current systems - recommends and develops operating efficiency improvements.
Comprehend the payroll systems, extract report as per the standard operating procedures
Monitors and ensures the accuracy of the calculations, formulas, HC etc.
Ensures Payroll forecasting and communicate appropriately with Treasury team.
Hold up preparation and review of accruals of Over Time, shift, Meal, Periodical bonus, Annual Wage Salary, and Holiday reports as required.
Hold up preparation of Manual Journal vouchers.
Prepares reports illustrating payroll expenditures, including such items as tax payments and benefit plan disbursements.
Assist in completion of various audits for the unit hold up.
Explore automation opportunities using various tools & techniques used by the department in contribution with various IT team.

Qualifications:

Typically requires a B. Com / B.C. S / M. Com / MBA /BBA/ BBM, any other commerce and Accounts Stream degrees.
Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience.
