Technical Support Engineer

Requirements:

* Knowledge in SQL, AWS, Networking, Secure Sockets Layer – Must.

* Familiarity with TCP/IP, sFTP, certificates, Proxy and Firewall – Must.

* Experience in technical support and troubleshooting with clients – 2-3 years Must.

* Experience dealing with client representatives at various levels – Must.

* Availability to work over the weekend for urgent client changes - Must.

* Upper English level both spoken and written - Must.

* Familiarity with SAML2.0 - Advantage.

* High sense of responsibility, proven functional and technical analysis skills, handled pressure well, and strong analytical skills.

* Fast learner and comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment.

* Ability to work independently and as a team

* Ability to collaborate with multiple teams

* Strong analytical skills and able to collate and interpret data from various sources

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:

* Responsible for creating new infrastructure connectivity with clients and troubleshooting connection issues.

* Act as the technical expert on our connectivity setups with clients.

* Setup new connectivity from scratch, including firewall rules, certificates, SSL keys.

* Work closely with Professional Services with the Developments team and the Operations team.

* Providing support to clients and internal departments in connectivity-related issues.

* Work independently and with global teams.

* Ownership of internal connectivity migration processes.
