What You'll Do

Catalog Ownership & Taxonomy

- Own Reeco’s product taxonomy, hierarchy, attributes, and metadata standards.

- Continuously refine catalog structure to improve discoverability, scalability, and usability.

- Serve as the expert for classification logic, naming conventions, and catalog structure.

Operations, Validation & Quality

- Execute and validate catalog updates across categories and suppliers.

- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness—identifying duplicates, gaps, and structural issues.

- Build, document, and optimize catalog workflows and SOPs.

Automation & Tooling

- Identify automation and AI opportunities to scale catalog ops.

- Work with Engineering to implement rules engines, scripts, and tooling.

- Use AI tools to streamline classification, validation, and quality assurance.

Experimentation & Insights

- Set up and run catalog A/B tests with Product & Data teams.

- Own hypothesis setup execution analysis.

- Translate findings into scalable catalog changes and operational processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Ops, Supplier Onboarding, and Business teams.

- Translate business needs into catalog structures and attribute requirements.

- Support suppliers with mapping templates, onboarding rules, and best practices.

Requirements:

Requirements

3+ years in catalog operations, taxonomy, marketplace/e-commerce operations, or large data environments.
Strong understanding of taxonomy, metadata, and data governance.
Analytical and technical: HTML/CSS familiarity, comfort with BI tools and SQL basics.
Experience with A/B testing, AI tools, automation, and workflow optimization.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, process-driven, and strong cross-team communicator.
