In one sentence

As an Internal Communications Professional, you will play a crucial role in shaping employee experience through communication. You will work closely with the company’s leadership to establish their strategic comm & visibility plan, and finalize and deliver company messages, content, and stories to employees.

What will your job look like?

• Manage strategic relationships with the company’s senior management while leading their communication strategy and implementation
• Create and execute internal communication plans from start to finish
• Craft creative, compelling messages and write and edit clear and creative content.
• Work seamlessly with communication platforms and vendors: creative agencies, subcontractors, internal platforms, and portals
• Communicate strategic messages to meet business needs, using both traditional and innovative methodologies.
• Build and manage partner relationships by providing consultation services and useful input and planning.
• Supervising and sharing industry news with relevant internal audiences to both educate and cultivate engagement!

All you need is...

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in the area of marketing, communications, PR, Journalism, etc.
• 4-5 years of proven experience in relevant field.
• Exceptional and proven written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to craft clear and impactful messages.
• Experience using communication tools such as video, newsletters, social media, etc.
• Proven ability to work independently and lead projects from inception to completion.
• Experience establishing good working relationships across cultures and organizations in a matrix environment.
• Shown capability of prioritizing multiple tasks.
• Resilience – bounce back from setbacks, adapt to changing circumstances, and accept feedback constructively.
• Thrive in social media platforms and enthusiastic about new technologies such as GenAI
• Experience working with C-Level executives
• Experience working with vendors (such as creative agencies, production companies, etc.)
• Be a team player!
