About the Role

We are looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design and development of software management solutions in the automotive domain. The role combines hands-on development with strategic technology exploration, integration of open-source projects, and collaboration using modern development tools (Git, CI/CD).

What You Will Do

Design and implement software components in Rust.
Explore and integrate open-source technologies into our product strategy.
Collaborate using Git and Agile workflows.
Rapidly learn and apply new technologies as part of shaping system architecture.

What You Need to Be Successful

2–4+ years of software development experience.
Proficiency in Rust (or strong background in systems programming with the ability to transition quickly).
Knowledge of Python, C++, or Java is a strong advantage.
Solid experience with Linux environments.
Familiarity with Git and modern CI/CD practices.
Ability to adapt quickly, learn independently, and work effectively in a collaborative team.
