About the Role

We are seeking a Senior, hands-on Games Producer to lead production and drive the growth of our CTV games portfolio. This role combines strategic oversight with day-to-day execution, making it ideal for a leader who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. You’ll guide multi-disciplinary teams, and play a key role in shaping the future of casual and interactive gaming on the biggest screens in the world.

Key Responsibilities

Studio Leadership & Strategy

Define and drive the studio’s roadmap in alignment with company goals.

Establish scalable workflows, KPIs, and best practices for efficient development.

Provide clear leadership and mentorship across design, production, and engineering teams.

Project & Production Management

Ensure projects hit milestones with high quality and strong player focus.

Coordinate with external teams developers, licensors, and distribution partners (Roku, Fire TV, Sky, etc.).

Manage timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple simultaneous projects.
What You’ll Need
5+ years in game production, studio operations, or product management (casual/mobile/CTV preferred).

Deep understanding of casual, ad-supported, or Connected TV gaming ecosystems.

Proven success managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable wearing multiple hats and scaling processes in a small, growing studio.

Nice to Have / Advantages
Strong data-driven mindset with hands-on analytics experience.

Experience with HTML5 games and a passion for gaming across genres.

Knowledge of Jira, Git, and Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs).

Experience with live ops, monetization, or user acquisition strategies.
