Electro-Optics Engineer

We are looking for a strong technical leader who can combine deep expertise in optics and electro-optics with hands-on engineering Key Responsibilities Part of Electro-Optics engineering team. Define technical requirements and specifications for critical electro-optical components and subsystems. Drive component selection, characterization, evaluation, and integration based on performance, reliability, and cost requirements. investigation and evaluation of new electro-optical technologies for current and future products.

Solve complex engineering challenges in optics and electro-optics. Lead supplier evaluations, technology assessments, technical reviews, and co-development activities. Define test methodologies and procedures for electro-optical components and subsystems. Plan, conduct, and analyze characterization tests and engineering experiments.

Define laboratory, measurement, and test infrastructure requirements. Work closely with Mechanical, Electrical, Software, and Systems Engineering teams to ensure successful system integration. B.Sc. or M.Sc.

in Electro-Optics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field 3+ years of hands-on experience in the development of electro-optical components or systems. Strong expertise in one or more of the following areas: lasers, detectors, displays, thermal imaging, day/night optics, or related electro-optical technologies . Proven experience working with optical design and verification processes . 2+ years of experience working with external optical design partners or subcontractors ..

Experience working with international suppliers and technology partners. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take ownership of complex technical challenges. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to operate effectively in a multidisciplinary, dynamic environment and under demanding timelines.
