Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Managing multidisciplinary projects from requirements to volume manufacturing through all PLC stages

Managing multidisciplinary interfaces between R&D, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Purchasing and Field.

Managing the projects Work plans, Risks and Budget

Providing market-oriented inputs, detailed specifications and priorities

Overall responsibility for on-time delivery of high-quality products addressing world-class performance, reliability, manufacturability, maintainability, and competitive cost of goods

Managing customer activities: installations, Beta, Evaluations for new product

Minimum Qualifications

B.Sc. in Engineering or first degree in technical related field

Experience as Development (HW or SW) Team Leader / System Engineering - at least 3 years of management experience

Experience in program\project management of at lease 3 years.

Strong R&D background in multi-discipline systems– an advantage

Significant experience working with customers in highly driven markets

Experience in the semi-conductor industry/capital equipment development – an advantage

Leadership and execution capabilities – must

High level of written and verbal communication skills in English
