As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Pixellot, you'll lead the end-to-end recruitment process across all departments, ensuring we attract and hire top talent to drive our mission forward. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and implement effective sourcing strategies.

As part of your role, you will:
Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment for various roles, including technology, sales, operations, and more.
Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop tailored hiring strategies.
Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events to proactively identify and engage potential candidates.
Ensure a positive and seamless Candidate Experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
Contribute to initiatives that position Pixellot as an employer of choice in the industry.
Analyse recruitment metrics to refine processes and improve hiring outcomes.

You should bring with you:
3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition in a tech company with a high-growth, preferably Saas
Proven track record of sourcing and hiring across multiple disciplines
Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct sourcing strategies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to handle multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics
Passionate about creating a great candidate experience
