Marketing Project Manager

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Project Manager to oversee the workflow of a variety of marketing projects, including creative 360 campaigns, localizations, video productions, company events, and more. In this role, you will ensure that projects move seamlessly from concept through to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams and aligning with marketing goals. This position requires someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast- paced, and deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Partner with various teams within the marketing department to fulfill marketing needs, creating assets such as landing pages, blog posts, banners, videos, and more.
Take ownership of major projects from start to finish, managing all phases, including planning, scheduling, tracking, and execution, ensuring deadlines are met.
Work closely with multiple stakeholders across departments and external vendors to coordinate and execute on project goals, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables.

Requirements:

Proven experience in marketing or project management within a marketing environment
Prior experience with an advertising company (advantage)
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Excellent English communication skills
Experience in working with Monday.com (advantage)
