We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team and make a real impact on our R&D department by efficiently handling DevOps tickets, leading key DevOps projects, enhancing production observability, supporting security tasks, and providing on-demand assistance.

We are seeking a candidate who embodies humility, takes a proactive approach, and is committed to improving customer service and developer experience. The ideal person will be adaptable, handle tasks beyond the usual DevOps scope, and support decisions while offering constructive input.

This is a hybrid position and reports to the DevOps Lead.

Requirements:

To be a Senior DevOps Engineer at Fullpath you need to have:

4+ years experience as a DevOps in a SaaS startup company
Bash/Python/Go Coding experience
Experience working with the following technologies: K8S, AWS/GCP, Terraform, CICD, ElasticSearch, Observability , DB management.
Demonstrate a strong security mindset, observability mindset, and data-driven approach.

Providing thoughtful input and feedback while respecting and supporting decisions once they are finalized.

What you will be responsible for:

Managing and resolving DevOps tickets to maintain seamless operations.
Leading and executing DevOps projects to drive key initiatives and enhance our infrastructure.
Ensuring production observability by implementing and maintaining robust monitoring systems.
Supporting security efforts by collaborating on tasks that safeguard our systems and data.
Providing on-demand support to resolve critical issues and ensure operational continuity.

The top candidate will also have:

DBA and Big Data experience
