CofaceBDL, the local subsidiary of a global insurance and business information group, is expanding its leadership team! We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing unit across multiple B2B services:

Within the Coface BDI Israel, this role will report directly to CEO and functionally to the Regional Marketing Director Key Responsibilities are

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our B2B services.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with sales and product teams at local and regional level to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain competitive.
Improve customer experience and implement customer comms activities to drive consumption and upsell/cross sell eg.: monthly newsletters
Support the launch of new products by developing and implementing GTM plans.
Lead B2B digital performance and lead generation efforts (SEO, PPC, traffic-to-sales funnel management), working with internal and external teams
Oversee product marketing materials – sales content, demos, presentations, videos, etc.
Organize and manage conferences and client events
Manage PR strategy with an external agency to enhance brand visibility
Coordinate with regional and global marketing stakeholders
Co-lead the strategic growth of our B2B advertising & ranking unit
Own and manage our digital assets (websites, social media)
Lead and strengthen the Coface Israel brand
Manage a small team (performance, content, and brand specialists)

Who We're Looking For:

A creative and business-driven marketing leader
At least 3 years of B2B digital performance & marketing experience
Minimum 2 years in a managerial role
Hands-on experience in digital ops/growth/content – a big advantage
Background in services/financial/tech sectors – an advantage
Fluent in English and Hebrew
Excellent communication skills, high energy, and a "can-do" mindset
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with marketing technologies, including content management systems (such as bexa), marketing automation platforms (such as Eloqua), and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
