Jira Admin & Business Operations Specialist

As a Jira Admin & Business Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our teams collaborate, deliver, and scale. You’ll drive tooling and process initiatives, lead cross-team initiatives, and ensure our Jira ecosystem and operational workflows remain efficient, reliable, and aligned with business needs. This is a high-impact, hands-on role that requires both technical expertise and a proactive, systems-thinking mindset.

As a Jira Admin & Business Operations Specialist, you will:

Own and manage our Jira ecosystem, including workflows, permissions, automations, and integrations
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and PMO teams to ensure seamless workflows
Build dashboards and reports to drive clarity, accountability, and data-informed decision making
Support broader BizOps initiatives including tooling, process design, documentation, and cross-team alignment
Serve as the go-to expert for tooling support and improvements across the delivery lifecycle

You should apply if you have:

5 years experience administering Jira Cloud (custom workflows, permission schemes, project configurations)
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and how they translate into Jira configurations
Experience with Confluence, Jira Automation, and reporting tools (JQL, dashboards)
Bonus: Familiarity with Slack integrations, Jira APIs, or scripting for workflow optimization
Organized, proactive, and business-savvy. Comfortable navigating between technical and operational needs
