Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory
Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial control role, preferably in a tech or industrial company
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SaaS KPIs
Completed internship at one of the Big Four firms – mandatory
Proven experience in high-tech audit – an advantage
Advanced Excel skills and experience with NetSuite and Salesforce systems
High-level proficiency in English and Hebrew – mandatory
Initiative-driven, detail-oriented, and reliable under pressure

Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
Audit Coordination: Collaborate with external auditors, ensure timely submission of required documentation, and address audit inquiries.
Budget Control: Lead budget planning, monitor actuals versus forecasts, investigate variances, and report to senior management.
Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow forecasts, working capital optimization, and treasury activities.
Financial Systems: Utilize NetSuite and BI tools to produce financial insights and streamline reporting processes.
Compliance & Regulation: Ensure adherence to tax regulations, corporate laws, and relevant financial disclosures.
Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in financial operations and lead initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
