Microsoft 365 Specialist - 1277

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Specialist to join our IT Infrastructure team and take a leading role in designing, deploying, and maintaining modern Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. This role requires a strong background in cloud security, automation, and hybrid IT management to support our organization's evolving needs.

This is a full-time position based at our headquarters in Ramat Hachayal, Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities

Microsoft 365 & Azure Deployment and Administration:

Deploy and manage Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Teams.

Implement and maintain Hybrid Microsoft 365 Environments, integrating on-premises Active Directory with Azure AD.

Deploy and manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint security and compliance.

Architect and optimize Enterprise Mobility and Security (EMS) solutions.

Security & Compliance:

Implement Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Entra and Conditional Access Policies.

Configure Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Sensitivity Labels, and Compliance Policies within M365.

Enforce identity and access management (IAM) best practices across cloud and on-prem environments.

Automation & Infrastructure Optimization:

Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate administrative tasks in Microsoft 365 and Azure.

Deploy infrastructure improvements across client environments.

Technical Support & IT Service Management:

Provide Tier 2/3 support for Microsoft 365, Azure AD and related IT services.

Work closely with end-users, vendors and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Innovation & Leadership:

Lead research and deployment initiatives for new applications and cloud technologies.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.

Assist in managing support services and service-level deliverables.

Requirements

Technical Expertise:

3+ years of IT experience in a Microsoft cloud environment.

Proven experience in Microsoft 365 administration and advanced troubleshooting.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), and Intune.

Familiarity with hybrid environments, including on-premises Active Directory and Azure AD synchronization.

Experience implementing Microsoft 365 security and compliance solutions (Defender for 365, Conditional Access, IAM).

Additional Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.
