Key Responsibilities:

User-Centric Design: Lead the UX/UI design process with a deep understanding of user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
Market & User Research: Conduct research, analyze data, and gather insights to optimize product usability and engagement.
Multi-Platform Expertise: Design intuitive experiences for both mobile and web applications while maintaining consistency and accessibility.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Tackle complex fintech challenges with creative and data-driven design solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into exceptional user experiences.
Wireframes & Prototypes: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to bring ideas to life.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in a fintech company.
Strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web design work.
Experience conducting market research and user testing to drive design decisions.
Deep understanding of user experience principles, design systems, and accessibility best practices.
Proficiency in Figma and other relevant tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex workflows.
